Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you total control over your electronic mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email account to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your email boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply specify the e-mail account you wish to redirect mails from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
